NEET scholarships: Worried about MBBS course fee; Here are  scholarships for medical students

Nationwide Education & Scholarship Test (NEST Senior)

This scholarship is offered by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India, for MBBS students in their 1st or 2nd year (Senior - 1) or 3rd (Senior-II). It provides tuition fees help up to INR 50,000 per year.

All India Pre-Medical Scholarship Test (AIPMST)

This scholarship, is currently uncertain due to changes in the organization. Candidates are advised to know the recent updates updates from the National Medical Commission (NMC).

Nurturing Clinical Scientists Scheme (NCSS)

ICMR offers this scholarship to MBBS students who wish to pursue clinical research. The scholarship also covers tuition fees and living expenses.

Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt of India, offers this scholarship to outstanding students from ST category and helps with tuition, hostel fees, and living expenses.

Minority Scholarship, Maharashtra

The Department of Tribal Welfare, Maharashtra, offers this scholarship to students who belong to the Minority communities, including MBBS students.

SAHU JAIN TRUST LOAN SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship provides the loan to economically weaker students pursuing higher education, including MBBS and offers a loan of INR 25,000 per annum.

Dr. ABDUL KALAM SCHOLARSHIP FOR MEDICAL STUDENTS

This scholarship is for candidates whose family income is less then 6 lakhs. To be eligible for this, candidates should have cleared their Class 12 with at least 55% marks.
