Pristyn Care is a Gurgaon-based healthcare start-up founded in 2018 by Harsimarbir Singh, Dr Vaibhav Kapoor, and Dr Garima Sawhney with a vision to provide patient-centric healthcare services throughout the journey from disease to health. We are a new-age healthcare company with a laser-sharp focus on simplifying the entire surgery journey of a patient and their attendant by offering care and assistance at each step.
Our team ensures that the patient’s experience right from the discovery of the right doctor to booking an appointment at the clinic, getting a detailed diagnosis done, booking tests at a diagnostic canter, getting insurance paperwork done, and commuting from home to the hospital and back on the day of the surgery, admission-discharge processes at the hospital, and follow-up consultation after the surgery – is hassle-free and care-filled.
What was your inspiration behind venturing into the medical fraternity?
The disparity in the medical practices with the existing uncertainties motivated us to form a professional network of medical facilities to help patients and people avail of the medical facilities at the best possible standards.
As we teamed up with different medical professionals, including doctors, and diagnostic and pathologic experts, we noticed that all struggled to offer good quality and honest service through the volatile and influential market. Our idea clicked well and soon led to the building of the Pristyn Care network.

What were the initial challenges you had to surmount to ensure Pristyn Care’s success rate reached greater heights?
We researched the entire medical industry that operated on a very decentralized point-wise pattern. The patients struggled with different medical facilities to get the required services at high prices. We initially found the challenges of the rigid structure that benefited nobody.
As we came up with the innovative idea of building a network of hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres, it formed a win-win situation for everyone. For us, it created an excellent scalable and controlled model where our team of experts monitored, bringing uniformity and professionalism.
It ensured a disciplined and standardized business model for the operational facilities while for the patients, it created a very dynamic, feasible, reliable, and cost-effective medical service.
