In a candid interview with Insights Success for its edition of ‘India’s 40 under 40 Brightest Business Leaders, Shraddha elaborated on the determination that empowered her to deal with the ups and downs of life, her journey to attain inner fulfilment, and her future mission.
Ma’am, please tell us about the saga of Sparkling Soul since its inception.
My journey towards coaching began in 2012 when I was diagnosed with cancer. Being a positive person and still allowing this in my zone didn’t go well with me. I started to identify the reasons and as I helped myself overcome it, it became my mission to help individuals dealing with stress and considering small hurdles as big roadblocks. I started to enjoy the conversations with people and helping them in their journey towards success.
I discovered myself as a coach then. I kept coaching people at work.
April 2013, during my visit to London on an official trip, I wrote few things that I wanted to happen. This was a regular exercise I would do every time, but I felt this time it was special. Many more things came which were beyond my imagination. I wrote I want to share what I learnt in my corporate career so far to the world, I wanted to be an author, physically fit and a mother.
Aug 2013, I got an opportunity to attend a 2-day workshop at work, which was the start to manifesting my desire to share corporate learnings with the world.
2014-2015 – I contributed to my organization as a coach/corporate trainer by sharing my learnings as a workshop to almost 250 people.
Feb 2016 – Beating cancer & the wish to nurture a life came true in 2016. My daughter Ira was born.
Fast forward 2017, as I always invested in myself to learn new things every year, I completed my coaching certification. During this period, I realized I was already having skills and was coaching with ease. Today I am India’s first Intuition Expert, certified Business and Executive coach with 3500+ hours of coaching and corporate training experience. My forte in business coaching is internal alignment using intuitions & energy work to bring results that business owners would expect to happen in the outside world. I help them to tap into their intuitions, raise their energies for powerful decision making and be that huge reservoir to receive immense opportunities, growth & money with ease.
Jan 2018 – To explore my space as a coach in this world, I took a sabbatical from my work. I realised coaching came naturally to me. I started to enjoy coaching & was ready to the leap of faith which changed my life for good.
Aug 2018– This was the start of my entrepreneurial journey where I left the successful corporate career and started as a fulltime coach.
Sep 2018 – I published my first book ‘Circle of Perspectives.’ This book is a treasure of my experiences in the professional & personal world and is intended for people to accept, enrich and redefine their perspectives towards life. By publishing this valuable book, I became a best-selling author.
April 2019 – With my desire to impact the world of business & corporate, I established the firm ‘Sparkling Soul. This name comes from my mother as she had been a sparkling soul and someone who always supported me in all my dreams.
Dec 2019 – There was a spark and the vision to impact 5 generations to come evolved. From this space, my every conversation became focused towards impacting people in such a manner that it percolates down to their 5 generations to come.
The year 2020 – My dream of focusing more towards my coaching business came to a pause as my father’s health kept detoriating because of cancer. Being committed like him, I kept moving with strength & took the pandemic as an opportunity to impact hundreds of business owners to generate revenue by helping them identify their jackpot in the business.
The Year 2021– I started working with India’s top five business owners in various industries. It was an amazing experience for me, as I was able to help them create manifolds in their business and had become instrumental part of their success.
I also started a unique, innovative program for business owners – “Scale Your Business, Build Your Legacy”. This unique program has 4 pillars – Setting the Unreasonable Revenue Goal, Mastering Inner Alignment, Raising Energy & Taking Inspired Actions. The whole idea of helping business owners align to their purpose of starting the business and freedom they desired by venturing into entrepreneurship v/s burnout of working 24/7, struggling to charge for their products & services and shifting their income orbit with ease created a buzz in the industry. This was the new way of doing business. Where businesses only looked for strategies to grow, my program was churning much more for them as I helped them operate from their intuitions & energy which is responsible for any strategy to work. My strong faith that strategies do not work unless the business owner is internally aligned for success. This way of business coaching is a breakthrough in coaching industry and I feel happy & proud to be the pioneer of the same.
The Year 2022– As I continue my journey of contributing to businesses in major way, I am also contributing to corporates through Leadership & Executive Coaching. Businesses excite me and I would continue to be on this journey of making my country proud.
What was your inspiration behind venturing into the business arena?
- No one in my family is into business. This gives a pathway and inspiration to venture into something very different and new.
- Business Excites me. When I help business owners, I feel I am helping the Indian Economy grow. We have so much potential in MSME & SME space for it to grow manifolds. This also connects back to my dream as a national player to make my country proud.
- I love to work with people. Their journeys, stories, why they do what they do excites me. And as human beings are the biggest resource, enriching and enhancing their lives is my mission.
What initial challenges you had to surmount to ensure your Sparkling Soul’s success rate reached greater heights?
In 2012, dealing with cancer trued my life around. Being a positive person, very much into self-help, I could deal with it and overcome that challenge, but it left a desire in me to impact people’s lives and help them deal with their challenges with ease and grace. That’s when I chose to be a coach, leaving behind a leadership position and a hefty salary in the IT world. Not that I didn’t enjoy IT, I did. It was just that I found my purpose, my love for making a difference to people rather than working with systems and code.
When I started my business, I had multiple responsibilities. My daughter was just two years, and my mother had cancer, so she needed extra attention. There was a big question of whether to work for my passions, my purpose or continue the comfortable job giving me all I wanted except following my purpose.
I took a leap of faith and kept on moving towards my dream. After my mother passed away and I gathered myself to focus. Within six months, my father was diagnosed with cancer and my plans to scale my business were again shaken. After losing him within eight months of diagnosis and dipping much into the grief of losing both parents, I kept bringing strength through my work and impacting lives on the go. My husband – Subramanian’s support had been instrumental in dealing with all this and helping me grow.
My coaching and its impact on the world kept me going during the difficult times, and I made a huge impression in 2020-2021 by impacting 500+ business owners/professionals. I am privileged to be guided into this profession where I am touching hundreds of lives.
What professional values and qualities do you think your clients value most in you and your company?
My intuitions, genuine interest in their growth, standing by their side as a support as they sail through challenges and biggest cheer leader as they mark each success, integrity, sharing things straight, and many more are the traits they value in me and my coaching the most.

Ability to identify deep rooted blocks: As an intuition expert, my unique offering is that I can identify the deep-rooted blocks in individuals in just three minutes of conversation in the free discovery call. This helps my clients not wait for multiple sessions for the root cause to be discovered, and we focus on solving the challenges more than discovering them from the first session of our paid work together.
This is very unique compared to other coaches in the industry, where they first start the coaching assignment and then identify the root cause to solve it. Given my vision of impacting five generations to come, today, when I help my client shift and powerfully deal with life, I know it will percolate to their fifth generation. My coaching believes in that, and that is how I create an influence in people’s lives.
Getting results in less time: My methods in coaching are disruptive. I massively cut down on preparation for change time in my coaching, which helps my clients with excellent results in a short span of time.
Channel of opportunities: This is another unique thing about my coaching, as, in the coaching industry, people go for six months to one year of coaching assignments. I help transformation happen in as quick as three sessions as well.
There have been examples where the free discovery call with me opened up a lot of channels for the individuals as they already know the root and start receiving massive opportunities in life. Examples include an art gallery owner in Hyderabad, an events company owner in Pune, a financial planner in Canada, an audio-video company owner in Dubai and many more who started to create much more after just a discovery call with me.
