YouTube is still the only preferred video platform wherein people used it to catch up latest videos, shows and even movies. However, new music apps, video-platforms like TikTok has made people famous instantly. Though YouTube is still famous these new apps have slightly overshadowed YouTube.
According to certain reports, YouTube is developing a video platform ‘Shorts’ to take over TikTok. Alike TikTok, this app will allow users to make videos inside the YouTube app.
The ‘Shorts’ users will also have an additional advantage over TikTok as they will now be able to use licensed music videos and any other content present on YouTube. Many sources also have states that YouTube plans on launching this app later this year. However, no confirmation about the same has been received from YouTube.
