The ideation of Yasasve HR Consulting Services dates back to a time when the Founder, Meghana Narsimha, was working as an HR Recruiter for BOB- Technologies and then HR Manager for Wenksaasoft.
Born into a family of doctors, Meghana’s parents always wanted her to be a doctor. But she always dreamt of being an entrepreneur. After completing her MBA and then MPhil in Management she joined the recruitment industry and worked for 6 years. Though she was enjoying her position as an HR manager, sometimes she would feel void.
Life took a turn and things fell into place when her friend Anitha, working as a Project Technical Assistant in NIRD Hydebard, approached her with a similar idea. The duo decided to chase their dream and started Yasasve.
Meghana, here, shares her entrepreneurial journey.
Kindly brief us about the company and its initial journey?
The year 2011 marked the beginning of Yasasve HR Consulting Services. To start -up & run a firm is not an easy task, we have worked very hard and we have seen all ups & downs in this market. Our hard work, determination and importantly our 17 years of friendship, faith on each other has helped us to reach this stage. And now we have sustained and earned a good name, there is a lot more to achieve.
Recently, the company has begun skill development training and women empowerment programs and have trained more than 300 women in spoken English, computers, Customer care, entrepreneurship and tailoring.
Brief us about your professional journey in the company?
Establishing Yasasve HR Consulting Service is not an easy task. It has been a roller coaster ride. If we want to sustain in this competitive world, we need to use strategies and methodologies which are superior and different from its competitors. Learning from one’s failure and moving forward against all odds, is what makes a great leader and entrepreneur.
We need to treat every hurdle as a stepping stone towards success.
Also, my family always supported me for the decisions I make. Because of them, I am living my dream life.

What can we expect of the company in future?
Apart from recruitment, we wanted to venture into product development. Actually, we wanted to launch in the month of April, but because of the COVID-19, we have put the project on hold. But in the near future, we are going to venture into product development as we have many innovative ideas where we can set our mark.
