1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

My philosophy has always been, “Believe in yourself and your idea, don’t get carried away by others view”. For me treating someone well and respecting the one has always been important, being a leader or one whom people look up to, I always ensure they are treated the way I want myself to be treated by others.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

In my point of view, woman entrepreneurship is not only about showing gender equality but being a face to all the women out there and letting them know, what more opportunities as a woman they hold, to unveil them, to conquer, to be inspiration of another woman, to be role model of another woman most importantly to be a helping hand to another woman.

3. What is Uqrious academy all about?

Uqrious Group is in Education and Media. In our education venture, we provide training on communication, personality development, digital marketing and many more we hold different types for workshops for different groups of people in society. Whereas, under Uqrious Media, we provide all types of online business solutions to individuals or organizations in building their brand.

Following My Passion.
