Adani Enterprises Ltd. on Tuesday announced the details of its upcoming rights issue worth up to ₹24,930 crore, marking one of the largest fundraising efforts by the Adani Group. The company’s board has fixed November 17 as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for the offer.

Under the proposed issue, 13.85 crore rights equity shares will be made available at an issue price of ₹1,800 per share. Eligible shareholders will receive three partly paid-up shares for every 25 fully paid-up shares they hold as of the record date, according to the company’s filing with the stock exchanges.
