AGS Transact Technologies will be opening its IPO on January 19 and the initial public offering will close on January 21. The payments solutions provider has cut its IPO size from ₹800 crore to ₹680 crores.
AGS Transact Tech decided to reduce the IPO size because of the uncertainty in the market due to the delicate situation in the country.
The IPO issue of AGS Transact Technologies is entirely an offer for sale, where promoter Ravi B Goyal will be selling his shares worth ₹680 crores. Ravi Goyal was planning to sell the shares worth ₹800 crores but decided against it after studying the market.
