Expert in Corporate Laws and Capital Market, Rajat Prakash is the Founder & Managing Partner of the Firm. A first-generation lawyer, he is equipped with cross border experience of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld (Washington D.C), Mayer Brown LLP (Brussels) and Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh Suresh A Shroff & Co. (India).
He also has experience in Indian equity capital market and transaction advisory including legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation. He has extensive experience in general advisory work in relation to an Initial Public Offering, Qualified Institutional Placements, and Rights Issuances in the capacity of the Firm’s transaction counsel.
At Athena Legal, his vision is to combine legal professionalism with business acumen to effectively support the success of clients. It is his vision which has directed the Firm in its various endeavors. He was awarded as the Rising Star in recognition of Achievement & Excellence by Legal Era 2015-2016.
