In an attempt to spread awareness about Insurance in the farthest villages of India, Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd. (MIBL) has taken part in the Kalayn Ji Yatra which happens every year at Diggi (around 80 km away from Jaipur), which comes under Malpura Tehsil in Tonk District of Rajsthan.
Every year around 8 to 10 lacs visitors visit Kalayan Ji temple (Lord Vishnu temple) which is located at Diggi. This Yatra happens every year in the month of Shravan & Bhadrapada, as per the Hindu calendar.
MIBL has put up a stall in this festival and educated devotees about the importance of having Motor, Health & Life Insurance in the week of August 15-22, 2018. To make it easier to understand, MIBL has kept an accidental and a normal vehicle at its stall and has shown the implications of not having a valid Motor Insurance to the visitors. MIBL’s local team has shown high energy in educating and spreading Insurance Awareness under Bima Shiksha Abhiyaan. The team has made it very interactive, in which devotees have participated and shared their life experiences related to motor insurance.
MIBL has further plans to organize such events on regular basis, so that people in the remotest villages, who do not have access to insurance policies, can avail it and protect their assets effectively.
