The Inception Story
In 2017, three young and dynamic professionals,Mr. Sandeep Lahange, Mr. Ravindra Gaikwad, and Mr. Zuber Syyed joined hands with an aim to provide complete solutions encompassing the wide world of information technology.
All the three of them have an individual work experience of almost 15+ years. They observed that there is a huge demand and shorter supply of good skilled, experienced IT professionals in Aurangabad, who can support mission critical IT infrastructure, IT security, and networking in many companies.Hence, they decided to serve them, and an idea came into existence in 2018, which shaped up into ‘Innovinc Global Solutions’.

When Innovinc Global Solutions started, its office was just a size of 10×20. Today Innovinc has its registered office in Aurangabad, a head office at Mumbai, and it has a pan India presence. The company also plans to soon spread its wings to Dubai.

Mr. Sandeep is the Director, (Sales and Marketing) Key person of the company. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar University Aurangabad. He has completed various degrees such as Computer Hardware & Networking Diploma, Microsoft Certified, IBM Certified X series Server, and so on. Mr. Sandeep has15+ years’ experience in the field of information technology with various prestigious companies like Endurance Technologies Ltd, Wockhard Limited, etc.
Mr. Zuber is the Director of Business Development of the company. He is MBA in IT and Completed various Certification like MCITP, MCSA, Acronis Backup Specialist etc. Under his leadership, the company specializes in designing of networks, implementing hardware/software solutions, and providing hardware maintenance services extending to facilities management, specified to the customers’ business needs.
