As one of the co-founders of Levitation Infotech LLP, I am proud to have launched this venture in 2018 alongside Mr. Shivankit Kumar and Mr. Akash Verma. Right from the beginning, I have held a strong belief in the power of research and process, and I have worked to establish a corporate culture at Levitation that prioritizes innovation and research.

In my opinion, creating a corporate culture that encourages innovation is critical to achieving long-term success. That’s why I am always striving to inspire our team to think outside the box and to seek out new and innovative solutions to the challenges we face.

One quote that has been particularly inspiring to me is from hockey legend Wayne Gretzky. He once said, “We skate to where the puck is going to be, not where it has been.” This quote encapsulates our approach at Levitation, and it has become our guiding motto. We are always looking ahead and anticipating the needs of our clients, so that we can stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional results.

Levitation has become the first agency in its space to scale businesses using Design Thinking, a five-step approach to problem-solving. My initial work experience was in the healthcare industry, where I identified technological and marketing problems in the sector. It led me to start Levitation along with my co-founders to address these issues using innovative solutions. My background in healthcare has provided me with the skills and knowledge necessary to identify the industry’s challenges and develop practical solutions through Levitation’s innovative approach. In its early years, Levitation focused on healthcare, but now we serve more than five sectors.

One central area of advancement is automation and artificial intelligence. These two aspects transform the research sector by automating many data collection and analysis tasks. It allows researchers to focus on higher-level tasks, such as interpreting data and making recommendations.

The rise of big data has also created new opportunities for researchers to gain insights into consumer behaviour and preferences. With the help of big data analytics tools, researchers can process and analyse vast amounts of data quickly and efficiently.

But the most important thing is to have a curious and open-minded approach. Aspirants should be willing to explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and think creatively to find solutions to complex problems.

We plan to expand our scope and offerings by moving toward cognitive marketing and enterprise software development. To achieve this, extensive research will be required. Therefore, we plan to keep Design Thinking at the heart of everything we do.
