Global connectivity, smart machines, an unprecedented torrent of data and processing capabilities and new media are some of the key drivers reshaping how we work and the skills we need to be successful in the 21st century.
As smart machines replace humans in some tasks and augment them in others, organizations will have to rethink the traditional career paths and prepare their employees for a highly volatile and complex business environment.
