Tata Motors will introduce the all-new Tata Punch in India on October 18, 2021, with pre-orders beginning on October 4, 2021, for a nominal sum of Rs 20,000. When it is released, the new Tata Punch will be the company’s youngest SUV, alongside the Tata Nexon, Tata Harrier, and Tata Safari. In India, the new Tata Punch will compete against the Maruti Suzuki Ignis, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, forthcoming Hyundai Casper, and upcoming Citroen C3.
The new Tata Punch is based on the ALFA-ARC (Agile Light Flexible Advanced Architecture), which was designed under the Impact 2.0 design language. The new Tata Punch has a black granite dashboard with glacier grey inlays. The new Punch will be available in Atomic Orange, Orcus White, Meteor Brown, Calypso Red, Daytona Grey, Tornado Blue, and Tropical Mist.
The Tata Punch is equipped with twin airbags, brake sway control, ABS with EBD and corner safety control, child seat Isofix anchor pointsfront fog lamp with a cornering function, a reverse parking camera, and driver and co-driver seat belt reminders. The new Punch SUV is linked to the company’s IRA technology.
