The first impact of the Reliance Jio and the Facebook deal will be on JioMart. As the name suggests, this e-commerce platform was launched in January. However, the service of this platform is yet to be made available in all parts of the country.
Currently, this service is available for the people residing in Thane, Navi-Mumbai, and Kalyan. The customers here can use this service to order daily essentials during the lockdown period as well.
The other key feature of this JioMart is that it offers free home delivery, has no minimum order value and express delivery. Furthermore, the return policy of JioMart is very customer- friendly and no questions asked during the return policy. JioMart also claims to stock more than fifty thousand grocery platform for all its customers.
As of now, JioMart service is available on the web only however, an app is being developed and will be launched soon on the Google Play Store and Apple Play Store as well.
