Established in the year 2010, Vision India took this challenge and saw the opportunity to create a win-win solution for the rural youth, women & especially challenged person and to address the shortage of manpower and skill gaps faced by Corporates through engaging untapped high potential human resources. Vision India offers customized People and Process solutions in the domain of Staffing, Business Process Outsourcing (Rural) and Advisory services to partner organizations.

Forward integration of its capabilities has made VI venture into domain of BPO, taking the BPO infrastructure and technology to rural India. With its launch in 2017, Vision India Rural BPO, today is one of the largest Rural BPOs in India with more than 15143 associates including 8946 females working for various processes at its 126 Rural BPO centers across India, catering to various Telecom, Capital goods, Government and political Clients pan India.

Its objective is to address the current challenges of the educated youth, women and specially-abled persons and urban BPOs. In an interview with Insights Success, Vivek Kumar, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)  shares insightful perspectives and opinions about the platform, its key aspects, and how it strives towards a better tomorrow for its prospective employees.

Below are the highlights of the interview:

IS: What unique facilities and services are provided by your organization that differentiates you from your counterparts?

Vision Jobs ( – A digital Job search Portal, is a widely used platform especially for the Blue Collar and entry level Jobs. With more than a lac candidate registrations in one Year, we have about 20000+ job mandates with 350+ leading Corporates, PSUs and Govt. Organizations.

The jobs provided are classified as per sector and job roles. Unlike other job portals that primarily have job openings in tier 1 and a few in tier 2 cities, Vision Jobs with an active team of recruiters in sub urban areas, has more than 30% of job mandates for semi urban and rural areas only.

Learning Management System (

The LMS software of Vision India aims at bringing your classroom to your pocket marrying technology and convenience. Vision India’s E Learning app offers purpose-built assessment tools that help employers identify skills gaps, enable more targeted learning to improve competency.

Our Micro-learning and adaptive learning tools allow learning to take place within the flow of work. Our platform offers access to all the skill based learning across 15 different trades including Retail, Manufacturing, IT and ITES etc. where demand for skilled workforce is specially high.

Our each skill development centre is complimented by a Rural BPO that serves as a platform for experiential learning and ensures local placement opportunity to our trainees, by skilling them for the Job with the commitment to our mission of “Making Bharat Employable.”

IS: What are your future business plans in terms of its expansion?

Vision India firmly believes that employment is the real test for any skilling initiative; we are passionate and poised to attract & mobilize Indian youth especially from rural part of the society towards industry-ready skill sets required to fill the supply & demand skills gaps in industry.

We are on our mission to deliver talent solutions globally, by making Bharat employable, we have also expanded our footprints to the global market with our presence in South Asia Pacific and Gulf countries by creating continuous employment opportunities for our skilled candidates.

IS: What is your advice to the budding and emerging entrepreneurs?

Don’t wait for the perfect opportunity. The only way to know if something is going to work for you is by testing it. No one has all the answers, but if you’re committed, calculated and convinced, you’ll figure out the way to achieve the bigger goals.

IS: What inspired to go rural and take employment to Rural India?

I am born and brought in rural part of India. I have a firm belief that Rural India is full of talent, always eager to learn and deliver. Given an opportunity they do wonder. Male population migrate to metros for livelihood, but female & specially-abled people find it hard to migrate and remain untapped. With our tech enabled Rural BPO, we tap these talents, Skill them  & extend gainful employment at their door step.
