What inspired you to enter the infrastructure management service providers’ industry? 

IT infrastructure is basic need for any IT driven business irrespective of any size. While providing software solutions to clients we encountered challenges related to clients’ infrastructure and dependencies on their support vendor to configure infrastructure components as per our requirement.

We decided to be an infrastructure management services as a value add to clients. We acted as a single window for all required services, which lead to less coordination, short turnaround time, and better client experience.

What challenges have you faced while establishing the company and how did you transform those challenges into opportunities?

Growing businesses face a range of challenges. As a business grows, different problems and opportunities demand different solutions, what worked a year ago might not be the best approach now. These avoidable mistakes turn what could have been a great business into an also-ran.

Recognising and overcoming the common pitfalls associated with growth is essential if your business to continue to grow and thrive. Crucially, we need to ensure that the steps you take today do not create additional problems for the future.

How was your company affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and what measures did you take to shorten the damages, while helping your clients and maintaining the safety of your employees?

As we are from life science and pharma domain, COVID-19 did not affect us that much. For employees we had provided work from home to everyone in pandemic and now we turned into hybrid module to shorten the damages.

What would you like to advice the young generation of entrepreneurs and enthusiasts who want to make a mark in the infrastructure management service providers’ industry?

We would like to enter in fortune 500 and CMMI level three company and will focus and identify our barriers to growth, quality, and consistency. While protecting our business values, we are in expansion phase and looking forward to building a great team and invest more in technology, market development, and product development.

What is the current industrial scenario of the infrastructure management service providers’ industry?

Currently, more and more clients are moving to cloud whatever is their size. Technology is changing very fast, which means opportunity in businesses is also growing. Also, requirement of skilled people is increasing.

ICT has made possible to provide infrastructure management services in any corner of the world in real time. Because of infrastructure on cloud physical presence of a technical person is also not required.
