IS: Kindly brief us about the company and its products and services.
Kiran: The Valves produced by us are conforming to the products of our Principals and have been marketing our products even through them. The products falling in our manufacturing range are:
Flow Control Valves, Altitude Control Valves, Pressure Reducing Valves, Pneumatic Control Valves-Globe/Bali/Butterfly Types, Motorized Control Valves, Automatic Control Valves, Digital Control Valves, Deluge Valves, Hydraulic Re-Circulation Valves, Safety Relief Valves, Safety Shut-Off Valves, Pressure Regulating Valves -Self Actuating Type, * Pressure Reducing Stations, De-Superheaters/De-Superheating Stations, etc.
IS: Brief us about the proactive Founder/CEO of the company and his/her contributions towards the company and the industry. What kind of ethics, principles and manner of working does he/she observes while running the business.
Kiran: Darling Muesco India Pvt. Ltd. is established in the year 1987 and is running under the able leadership of Shri Kiran H. Shah, Managing Director, since last three decades. It is a registered unit, engaged in the manufacture of various types of Control Valves. Within a short span of time, the company has emerged as a pioneer in the field.
IS: Kindly describe the mission and vision of your company. Tell us about your journey since inception of the company.
Kiran: The company has emerged as a pioneer in the field and have executed several high value orders worth above one crore INR, throughout India and abroad in various sectors like Refineries, Petrochemicals Industries, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, Nuclear Power Plants, Chemical Industries, Steel &Metallurgical Industries, Sugar Industries, Ceramic Industries, Boiler Manufacturers, Textile Industries, Cement Industries, Drinking Water Distribution System, etc.
IS: Share your point of view on the current scenario of the Industry
Kiran: Ours is an ISO: 9001:2015 & “UL” accredited, Foreign Joint Venture Company. All our quality standards and design systems are based on this “ISO & “UL” classification. We are having Technical Collaborations with (1) Anchor/Darling Valve Co., U.S.A. and (2) Muesco Inc., U.S.A., who are the leading manufacturers and suppliers of Control Valves at U.S.A. IS: Share your experience and brief us about the tactics which gives your company an edge over the competition.
Kiran: We are in the field since last more than three decades and since we have introduced new product and establishing net-marketing everywhere, we do not expect much competition.
IS: What are the major contributing factors behind your company’s success? If you have to list the key factors that have been/are the biggest asset to your organisation, what would they be and why?
Kiran: We have executed several high value orders worth above one crore INR, throughout India and abroad and we have established net-market throughout India and abroad.
IS: How do you see your company in the future ahead? What can be expected from your company in the coming years?
Kiran: We are in the field since last more than three decades and since we have introduced new product and established net marketing throughout India and abroad, we expect good business in future. We have most modern and well-equipped factory, having full-fledged infrastructure facilities for manufacturing, design, assembling, installation and commissioning and have all resources and capabilities to meet with the requirements of our prospective customers and also for after sales services.
Further we have our own testing & calibration facilities within our factory premises and have a wide marketing and sales services network all over the country and abroad. We are registered/tied up with almost all leading National & International third party consultants viz. LRIS, BV, Bax Council, Udhe India, KPG, Dalal Consultants, M.N. Dastur, Indian Register of Shipping, SGS Consultants, IBR., etc.
