IS: Kindly brief us about the company – inception and the overall journey to date.

Team Dquip: Founded in 2009, It was a classic case of a garage start-up completely bootstrapped with just 15000, moving up slowly and steadily, one step at a time. Providing web & application development which we did for various large companies from diverse industry segments. After extensive industry knowledge and deep understanding of market trends we shifted from a IT services to a software product company. We have vast experience to our aid, which we leveraged to build, incredibly simple and powerful 17 industy specific CRM Software’s for businesses worldwide. Not only are they built on a rock-solid, time tested Laravel & LAMP foundation that provides unparalleled stability, security but also delivers incredible performance. In our list of clients we have big companies trusting us and we take pride in building strategic long – term client relationships. On a lighter note, we share the same inception date as Apple 1st April)

IS: Please tell us something about your Founder/CEO and his/her contribution towards the company and the industry.

Team Dquip: With over 11 years of extensive industry experience, Amit brings in strong business skills, combined with a deep understanding of technology.

Amit, has always encouraged a nimble startup culture at Dquip, that provides a correct balance of flexibility, authority and responsibility.

He strongly believes in hiring the best people who are passionate about what they do &

building software products that can help people and businesses worldwide.

Few other activities that he did were:
He was a visiting lecturer for 3 years which he did while managing business

He was also a Director of a cooperative credit society

There are a lot of CRM solution providers in India one can categorise them into 2 segments international/ large and local.
