Though E2S is expert in providing services to all type of segments such as Corporate Offices, IT/ITES, Hospitality & Hotels, Manufacturing Industries and Residential gated communities, during the start of the Pandemic situation across the world in Dec 2019, its team anticipated the fall of commercial establishments since WFH is going to be the future and the company shifted its focus to Residential segment. “We want to become a pioneer in Residential Segment exclusively & one of the leading FM company across south india and we are putting our utmost concentration towards the goal,” says Sundaresan J – Co-founder and Executive Director.

Since Residential Association being a Non – Profitable Organization, E2S’ team works on optimization of resources without reducing the quality of work and identifies the feasibility of energy and cost saving projects with minimal investments which will help the associations in long run.
As an expert in Waste Management Process, the company also provides training to all the residents and house maids on waste segregation process and waste management is carried out thorough 2 Bin 1 Bag System. “We also conduct campaigns and programs for the awareness of waste management and the way it must be done for the benefit of the society,” shares the team of E2S.
Industry Dynamics and the Pandemic
Facility Management industry have enormous market potential to grow as lot of companies are looking for that and many foreign investments are happening in India, but due to this covid it has taken a backstep and now FM industry is running in a slow pace just for survival, but it will bloom once the pandemic is over.
“We are industry experts & having vast experience in FM domain as an individual and know the industry best practices, but when we approach the customers as a company for business, they see us as a startup company and not considering our experience in this particular domain,” shares Shan.
Wherever the team of E2S went and approached for business they got the answers like they are a new company and not having a single client. How can they be trusted? “We understood that in our business having a strong team is the major key and primary requirement, then only the customer will trust us and shall give the business, since it’s related to their day to day needs like power and water management, cleanliness, personal hygiene and safety of their society,” the duo says.
So, they both formed a team of professionals who have worked along with them earlier, especially the ones who reciprocated their interest to join E2S which increased the initial expenses and investments (additional burden) of the company. The partners have overcome these challenges and now E2S has a strong team. Currently, it is having 500+ of Site Staffs (Manpower) which has been supervised by strong 15 base office staffs and this has been achieved within 2 years of establishment of the company.
“We have evolved ourselves as a Subject matter expert in providing services to gated communities and our strategic approach is to build a strong workforce to cater all type of apartments and by 2025, we will be the No.1 service provider for residential segment across South India,” states Sundar.
As far as the future of the company is considered, the duo expects that E2S should become a known brand in FM market and a top leader in Residential segment, having its presence across South India by 2025 and in all metro cities across nation by 2028.
