Mobile fitness giant HealthifyMe has launched a new online platform ‘VaccinateMe.in’ that uses CoWIN API to help people in finding available vaccination slots in real time in locations near them. The prime motive of this initiative is to accelerate the mass vaccination process in the country and to encourage people to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
If slots are unavailable for users, the platform will then notify them via SMS, email, or Whatsapp when a slot opens up. This service is available to users on the HealthifyMe app or the VaccinateMe.in website.
Relevant filters in the platform allow users to customize their search on the basis of pin code, district, age, choice of vaccine, and free or paid vaccination centers. In order to improve the user experience, the company intends to add on more filter and features in the website and the app.
HealthifyMe has launched the ‘VaccinateMe.in’ platform as a part of its ‘CoviFit’ initiative, which aims to help Indians to stay physically and mentally fit during these stressful times. By using this app, users can also avail free immunity and nutrition workshops, live workout sessions, and therapy sessions.
