S.C. Jain is the Founder and Managing Partner of RSA Legal Solutions. This law firm came into existence in August 2014. He has an overall experience of more than thirty five years. As  a  part  of  his  professional  career,  he  has  worked for  twenty  years  as  Customs  and  Excise  officer  in  the  Central Government  which  gave  him  the  leverage  to  analyze the   issues   with   much   more   practical   approach   and providing  acceptable  solutions.  He also has an enriching experience of more than eleven years in an indirect tax law firm namely Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, where he has served as a Partner. He has expertise  in Customs, Goods and Services Tax, Central  Excise,  Foreign Trade  Policy,  Special  Economic  Zone,  Service  tax,  VAT, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Anti-dumping and other allied laws.

Having experience on both sides i.e. as a regulator as well as an advocate for the industry,Jain has hands-on experience in providing effective practical and workable solutions for the clients.He can proudly boast of handling more than 350 clients which are majorly big MNCs from across the country.

Apart from the Managing Partner, the firm has four other partners namely Shweta Jain, Abhishek Jain, Rajat Dosi and Anshul Mittal. Shweta Jain Gupta has an experience of more than 10 years in indirect tax laws. Before joining RSA, she has worked in the law firm of Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan and PwC – Big4. She has extensively worked on GST and has also authored a book published by Taxmann. She has provided  various opinions, advises, health check-ups, due diligence, indirect tax litigation including drafting of replies to show cause  notices and appeals and representing before CESTAT and other adjudicating authorities. Abhishek Jain worked with KPMG for a couple of years in its indirect taxation team where he got exposed to variety of legal advisory  and compliance related issues. He is well versed with Advisory as well as Litigation and Compliance in the indirect taxation and have a cutting edge knowledge and expertise in DGFT  related work. Rajat Dosi has extensive experience in handling indirect tax matters specifically customs, GST, erstwhile indirect tax laws, SEZ scheme and provisions of the foreign trade policy. He has represented a  number of clients for their indirect tax matters at various forums including the appellate tribunal, settlement commission,  first appellate authority, lower adjudicating authorities, revisionary authority, etc. Prior to joining RSA Legal Solutions, he has worked as a part of the  well-known Law firm of Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan and Trilegal. Anshul Mittal worked as a  Professor of Law in Symbiosis Law University for a couple of years which gives her leverage to analyse and interpret  law in a better way. She has work extensively on the the GST Law and is well versed with the GSTN Portal.
