Samsung’s Campaign Acquires 100 million Views on YouTube

Electronics main Samsung’s latest television and digital campaign showcasing its initiative of captivating customer service to the doorsteps of consumers in the hinterlands of India has spanned 100 million views on YouTube. Shaped by Samsung India, the campaign has success the milestone in just seven weeks of its launch.
Samsung said that the campaign film Samsung Service has developed the highest-viewed advertising video in the consumer electronics category worldwide and the highest-viewed advertising video on YouTube crossways all categories in India, as on February 20.
The film is also the firmest among advertising videos on YouTube in India to snappy 100 million views and has so far gathered over 224,000 consumer engagements on various social media platforms.

Through the new consumer facility initiative, we have brought world-class provision to the doorsteps of Samsung consumers in each and every Taluka in India. The service campaign video crossing 100 million views on YouTube in India is an evidence of consumer love and faith in brand Samsung,” Ranjivjit Singh, chief marketing officer, Samsung India added.
In October last year, Samsung had increased its service network with 535 service vans. With this, the Samsung India’s service network has full-grown to over 3,000 from 2,000 service points former, extending its reach to clienteles in over 6,000 Talukas across the country. Samsung now claims of existence the largest service network in the mobile and consumer durables groups in India.
The service vans are fortified with multi-skilled engineers, power generator set, Key components and key jigs/fixtures for providing rapid response and on-the-spot resolution.
Since its promotion, Samsung service vans have clocked over 1 million km across the length and breadth of the country. The campaign film was abstracted by Cheil India and has been running on 50 television channels reinforced by print and digital.
