A Corporate Lawyer, solicitor and Company Secretary by profession since 1989, K V Omprakash specializes in providing business advisory and legal advisory services to clients. He is also equipped with a MDBA in Finance from SIMS, Pune. He has been a Mentor and a great inspiration to start-up companies and is entrepreneurs and a versatile speaker on significant topics having addressed on several forums and panels of repute and experience in litigation/ non-litigation and vide exposure to corporate laws.
Mr. S. Raghavan is a Company secretary ICSI (ACS) and commerce graduate from Bangalore University. His strength includes on the Corporate Secretarial matters and extensive liaison with ROC and RBI. His core competency in the areas of Legal/ Financial Due diligence and Corporate Structuring and M&A activities and FEMA compliance in respect of FDI, adds feather to his cap.
