Shri Kanhaiya Lal Jain, Founder and Chairman of KLJ Group, was born in Rajasthan and completed his education in Punjab and Delhi. He made a humble beginning, about fifty years ago, as an individual with a proprietorship firm and struggled with limited means, but with determination, devotion and passion has conquered all odds. He has now risen to the status of becoming a well-known and respected industrialist having multiple offices at different locations in India and abroad. He is the driving force who turned KLJ Group from India centric business house to a global business house with the support of three talented, energetic, and growth oriented sons; Hemant, Kamal and Pushp.

Inspiring Journey of KLJ Group
In 1967, KLJ Group made a humble beginning with PVC Compounding plant in Delhi in the name & style of Kundalia Industries. The 21st century marked the company’s diversification into manufacturing of TPR/TPE, EVA, PP, Anti Fab, XLPE, Semicon, EPR, ZHFR, PO Compounds, etc. PVC Compound at Silvassa has brought KLJ Group among the top Indian Polymer Compounders with a total capacity in excess of 100,000 TPA. Throughout its span of fifty years, the company has not looked back and has added numerous feathers to its cap. The most recent advancement has been the opening of an overseas office in Dubai to represent the Group for its various marketing activities abroad.

The Group has also diversified into the chemistry of Benzyl Alcohol, Benzaldehyde, and its derivatives. The project was commissioned in Jhagadia, Gujarat about 2 years ago.

- Capacity expansion of Benz products from 15 KT to 40KT per annum.
- Greenfield project for manufacturing of Calcium Chloride.
- Greenfield project for manufacturing of primary plasticizers at a new location.
- Other greenfield/acquisition projects both in India and abroad are under active consideration.
