LEAD proceeds on its successful journey under the insightful leadership of Mr. CG Krishnan, the Managing Director of the company. He is an ME (Mechanical), a LEED- accredited professional, a certified Energy Auditor by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), India, and a member of ASHRAE, USA. Mr. Krishnan’s fascination and passion for technology and entrepreneurship is very well reflected in his pursuit for engineering at an academic and professional level, and his move to the setting up of LEAD, an entrepreneurial venture. He has done his post-graduation with specialization in Refrigeration & Air conditioning with a work experience spanning over 23 years in the field of HVAC, energy and green buildings. During this span, he has also worked as an HVAC consultant on several projects for diverse clients from IT sector companies, commercial complexes, data centers, factories, public buildings, hotels, hospitals, malls and educational institutions.
Mr. Krishnan has provided energy modeling and lighting simulation solutions to various types of commercial and industrial buildings. He has gained expertise in energy modeling & lighting simulation after undergoing advanced energy modeling training at Architectural Energy Corporation(AEC), USA, using internationally recognized soft wares like Visual DOE – 4.1 (DOE 2.1 Engine), Ecotect & Radiance software for lighting simulation.
He has gathered proficiency in Internet of Things (IoT) & Operational BIM solutions for smart city / smart building automation system. The IoT platform based concept is very revolutionary and started picking up globally and it is being introduced to the building industries in India.

LEAD’s recent effort is to bring the IoT based smart building solutions with Operation Building Information Modeling (BIM) for the Building Industry.
