1.   What is MOBtexting all about?

With MOBtexting, you can reach customers in the ways they prefer, and engage with them effectively using context related to that interaction. 2.   Who are your founders? What inspired them to start MOBtexting?

This company carries the excellence of a duo- Mr. Brijesh Kashyap and Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta. Brijesh has done his graduation from Gorakhpur University and after that he did his post-graduation from one the premiere B-School of Hyderabad. And this was the place where the duo met.
Being the classmates, they joined their first company together at 160/2 that was one of the leading SMS Company of that time.
Spending years of time, they inherited messaging and cloud telephony into their blood and finally they got idea of starting their own venture that was of A2P Messaging Company. In this way, a year later they started their own Cloud Communication Company which is popularly known as MOBtexting today. As they quote, “I think motivation and drive, coupled with raw talent, help make founders successful”.

3.   Tell us about the journey of the organization.

In the year 2012, idea was materialized and 3m Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated as a service company. We served 100+ customers and received 100% customer satisfaction in the next year. We launched our In-House Messaging Platform – MOBtexting, in 2014. In 2015, we crossed International boundaries and launched ‘Cloud Telephony Solutions’. In year 2016, we served 1200+ Customers and launched DND Scrubbing Platform – DND Check. Expansion in Product Portfolios and Market Expansion was carried out in 2017.

6.    Tell us about the benchmarks in MOBtexting’s journey.

We started our journey from zero to one of the leading cloud communication service providers in India. It took lots of hard work and dedication of the entire team to reach at this point.
During this period, we introduced our Voice Telephony Platform. With this Cloud Communication Platform, we helped our clients to reduce the cost & complexity of Communication Process across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operation & IT department which offers a better customer experience direct reach to targeted customers.
Apart from this we also introduced our all new Messaging Dashboard with all new exciting features and technology. This dashboard helped to eliminate the need of multiple APIs for different use of messaging services.
We also got the privilege of onboarding some of the leading organizations like Manapuram Jewelers, Godrej Consumers, Reliance Capital, ACT Fiber net and many more.

7.    Every day we hear about some technological development in the industry. What is your strategy to stay at pace with this fast-changing technological world?

We are going to implement RCS (Rich Communication Services)
The development of RCS as a possible successor to SMS messaging began as early as 2007, with the GSMA giving its official backing a year later. At its core, it offers a range of advanced messaging features including group messaging, voice and video calls, file transfers and a host of other features.
Despite the backing of the GSMA and Google, it’s unlikely that RCS will become the international mobile messaging standard any time soon.
