Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Performance Accelerator (LEIPA)
LEIPA is a powerful diagnostic tool used specifically to support an individual in identifying and developing their personal and relevant Leadership Skills by enhancing their Emotional Intelligence. It uses 360° feedback to provide an accurate assessment of the Emotional Intelligence of an individual (which includes: Self- awareness, Self-management, Awareness-of-others, and their Management-of-others) as perceived by the people he / she interfaces with in the workplace.
LeaderShape Online Culture Survey (LOCS)
LOCS is a powerful tool to develop the ideal culture for your organisation. This tool measures both actual and desired ideal culture by including analysis, report and workshops as part of the changing culture strategy. We measure 60 granular organizational behaviours along the parameters of Power, Structure, Achievement and Support through a confidential online survey within the organisation.
Pavan Bakshi
Pavan is a certified facilitator from the Army War College and Military College of Telecom Engineering and has been a trainer at the prestigious Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. He is an alumnus of the Defense Services Staff College, the premium leadership institute in the country. During his career with the Indian Army that spanned over 22 years, he has been involved in handling various national level crisis interventions.
In corporate life, he has worked in both Indian and multinational organizations – in leadership positions. He has been instrumental in the areas of business growth, managing transition, merger and acquisitions and in establishing and managing new business streams.

The sole purpose of Leadership

Pavan is well versed with the idea that an alpha male chauvinistic leadership style does not work anymore because no single human being is capable of finding solutions to the complex problems that we have today. The idea is to have a collaborative and not an individualistic style of leadership.
Leaders do not change cultures, people do! And yet, everyone can be a leader. The world we live in is in the midst of a dramatic and titanic change as the industrial revolution moves around the globe and is being quickly replaced by the information age. Organizational leaders more than anyone need not only to understand and embrace this change but also to fundamentally understand HOW their own leadership needs to change to meet the needs of the knowledge worker age. There is a need to create a resonant climate to increase the productivity and encourage innovation.
