RSB took the pride of felicitating “Change Maker”woman leaders and were presented with laurels by the hands of Ms Urmila Behera while Ms Nirmala Behera, Executive Director – Group HR, delivered motivational address. In a special award ceremony organized on the occasion, four women leaders from Pune, namely, Ms Ganga Patil, Ms Vandana Dhotre, Ms Sneha Bharati and Ms Rishita More, who brought significant social impact in the society, & have respetively helped orphaned elderly woman in the evening of their life by supporting their livelihood, educational support to girls school drop-outs due to resource constraints by imparting free education, skill development training to under-privileged in deep rural areas and more so, a trans-gender woman leader, who rose to become a successful entrepreneur despite society’s resistance to such genders, were given warm welcome with an inspirational address and presented with laurels.
