All Around Manufacturing
Fabric
The firm deals with unprocessed greige fabrics and knits them from the finest quality yarn which is super-combed, autoconed and electronically cleared. The in-house manufactured yarn ensures that the fabric wear would reflect flawless appearance over continuous lengths. Two knitting complexes: one in Gajraula, UP and other at Avinashi, TN produces single jersey, interlock, and rib fabrics. This fabric is sold to garment exporters in India as well as exported to a number of countries.
Yarn
The firm’s yarn is OEKO-Tex certified yarn i.e. they are free of harmful chemicals and are safe for human use. It is made from the best available raw material. All yarns are autoconed and are electronically cleared and sliced on the latest schlafhorst autoconers. All these individual cones are passed through ultra violet rays for detection of shade variations. TT textile is certified for organic cotton Yarn for GOTS, OE100 and OE blended. It is also certified for GRS from control Union.
With two spinning mills at Rajula, Gujarat, the firm exports yarn to China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Peru, Brazil, Spain, Italy, Greece, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Bahrain etc.
Cotton
The firm practises handpicked raw cotton and it is tested by electronic machines in the lab. Moisture is controlled at every stage and ginning is done in TMC approved factories.
Garments
With manufacturing facilities at Tirupur, Kolkata, Varanasi, Kanpur, New Delhi, and Ludhiana, the firm manufacturers knitted wear garments for men, women, and kids. Machines that manufacture these are imported from Italy, USA, Germany, and Japan.
The firm sells garments under its three flagship brands: TT, HiFlyers, and Fundooz. HiFlyers is company’s readymade garment brand that includes a range of casual wear, active wear, leisure wear, and yoga wear products for men, women, and kids.
