Eva Krishna is a compassionate Human Resource Manager Currently working with L&T Financial Services. Since Dec 2022 she was a part of Reliance Industries Ltd since May 2018 till Dec 2022. Eva’s professional passion makes her an enabler, learner, and creator of people’s development initiatives. She strongly believes that building valuable relationships in an organization adds to an amazing experience in creating a great workplace. She is a certified Human Resource Business Partner from Reliance Retail HR Academy.
Eva started her career with an amazing brand Reliance Jio just after completing her MBA Program. Since then, she has been in the HRBP profile, which is her dream job role. She had a four and a half years stint at Reliance. She got many opportunities to develop herself and upskill her knowledge.
She is a strong believer in working hand in hand with the business team to understand in and out about the people she is dealing with and how she needs to get along with them. She was also part of the prestigious Jio Young Leadership Program in 2019.
Eva insists on bringing the human touch back in this time. If human resource managers forget to treat their people as human beings, then HRMs are not different from any other Department. With the increased use of technology, it is presumed that the importance of HR is getting faded. However, it has a bigger responsibility to help employees excel in their careers and ensure the company’s goals are met.
Eva has also strongly connected with people from the HR and Non-HR fields. Recently, she was part of HR SAMPARK’s MAD (Making a Difference Season 2) program which went live on YouTube as “An Emerging HR Leader.” Soon after, she got an opportunity to speak on a podcast with VANTAGE CIRCLE on the topic “Confronting Discrimination in the workplace”, which went live on various platforms like Spotify/iTunes Etc.
She has always been trying to learn new things and subjects. Working with Reliance, Eva has done various courses with their E-Learning portals, such as:

Eva’s way forward for coming years:

She will take up at least one project with any NGO as a CSR activity that could contribute towards the welfare of society.
