Gaddipati is a Quality Assurance Professional at Sitel® India. Fresh out of college, he was seeking a challenging role where he could make a difference.
As a sales representative, he was motivated by helping clients find solutions and felt contented to deliver productive outcomes. This led him to apply for the role of Quality Assurance Professional at Sitel® India, where he received training and mentorship from managers and mentors, including Mahesh Shakar, Praveen Parasuraman, and Shakeel Abdul Rahim, who helped him advance his career.
In addition to his professional life, he maintains a balance with personal interests such as swimming and reading. He enjoys reading books and watching anime, which helps him stay energized and think creatively.
