He considers himself a highly motivated and dedicated HR professional. He brings a deep passion for Human Resources to every project undertaken. He worked with organizations like Dura Jobs, Quarec Resources Pvt Ltd, and Ortem Consulting in HR-specific roles and had a brief stint at Way To Code Technologies LLP as a Python and Android Developer.Â
He is currently working as an HR Professional at CIGNEX. His key responsibilities include end-to-end Recruitment process, organizing and maintaining personnel records, preparing HR documents, employment contracts and new hire guides, and answering employees’ queries about HR-related issues. He is grateful to be a part of this esteemed organization that has provided him ample opportunities to grow as an HR professional. The work environment at CIGNEX has greatly motivated him to give his best. Furthermore, his colleagues, especially his manager Dr Ankita Singh, have been a major support in ensuring that he contributes to his fullest potential and can learn from his mistakes and be the best version of himself.
