What is the current industrial scenario of the Indian e-learning market space?

The Indian eLearning market is still the tip of the iceberg and there is a lot to happen in this market in the next 5 years. The projected CAGR for India’s eLearning market is 21% and the estimated market for online or self-paced education is expected to be $14.3 Bn.

Out of this, approximately 64% of revenue will be towards content. The key drivers are going to be changing learning trends, millennials, increased mobile, and internet penetration in rural India. Post pandemic self-paced learning has got a great push and we won’t be surprised if these numbers grew exponentially than expected.

What is the current industrial scenario of the global e-learning market space?

Post pandemic the global demand for self-paced/eLearning has increased. Especially in the corporate sector since physical training is not an option, demand for online training has suddenly increased. We are seeing almost demand to grow double-digit than last year.

How is technology complimenting e-learning in the broader spectrum?

The use of technology to deliver e-Learning is the key factor. Especially the deep penetration of the internet, mobiles, and easy access to content has helped to boost eLearning a lot.

What would be your strategic approach to scale your business in 2021 and beyond?

As a business, we want to be a value-added partner than just being a one-time service provider. Hence as a business strategy, our focus for 2021 will be working towards building a value-driven services model for all our customers and ride on the same in the future.

What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the e-learning space?

Start early, focus on customer experience, and deliver value. Business will follow.

Where do you envision yourself and your company to be in the long run and what are your future goals?

As a company instead of focusing only on increasing revenue, we will be focusing on moving from customer satisfaction position to customer delight position by providing extreme value to our clients, employees, and partners by doing things right.
