The Guiding Light
In 1993, Sanjay Nagi, a mechanical engineer from IIT Roorkee ventured into consulting and started his company. He subsequently sold off in 2002 immediately and then started Market Insight Consultants as a niche consulting firm that is positioned as a Decision Support Consultancy.
Sanjay has developed some innovative and differentiated models on the measurement of corporate interfaces like Customer, Internal Customer and Channel satisfaction. Under his leadership, MIC has developed a solid body of work around innovation at firm, sector and national level. He consults with blue-chip corporate clients like Godrej Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Group, Shriram Pistons, GMR, GVK to name a few.
