1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a Leader, Success is all about growing others. For efficient leadership in corporate setting or life in general , you can succeed when your core values are good enough. I believe that we must build genuine relationships with Clients and more importantly the working force of our company.
We need to establish a culture of trust.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

The world is changing at a great pace, things aren’t the same as compared to a decade back. Women are emerging out from the shells and growing . But still the ratio of women entrepreneurs is quiet less. We need more programs to train women to build their skills up enough to give them confidence of starting their own business. What we need to change is mindset and not just policies. Incredible things are bound to happen when women support women .

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

I have always followed my passion. Inspite of having a bright career option in IT, I quit my job and choose to settle down in a small place called chikodi and work for the upliftment of rural women. Because I believe that if you work where your passion is, success will follow no matter how hard the road is!
