1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

The Philosophy of efficient leadership in Corporate settings is nothing more then understanding the needs of the customer and their spending capacity behind a product and specifically the product in which the corporate is working. First of everything you need to understand the current/prevailing economic scenario when and where you want to have your business. It is more important to know the spending power of the customer in order increase your sales/services of your business.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

Women are Gifted with lot of skills. Starting from cooking to adjusting herself in different city/town after marriage. Some work and some have their house to run by them. Why can’t we look the hidden skills and develop them in order to support them.
Given the chance to redefine women entrepreneurship I would do the following steps:

1. Look for hidden skills
2. Analyse them and develop them
3. Give them platform to perform her best.
4. Accordingly arrange for those resources to assist them.

3. What are the services/solutions/products that your company provides?

I am entrepreneur in Gifting Industry.
I work in Gifting Business since 2 years
I work in Gift Articles, Gift Wrapping and personalisation of products.

4. What are your organization’s vision and core values?

We need the mission and Vision to reach somewhere in the market. For which core values play an important role.
Core values with which I work are: To develop with everyone not only reasonable profits and to help everyone in their work. Support everyone by recommend their brand; and Growth /Growing together.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

I would choose my Passion and together be practical with it.
We should to touch the Sky but We need to be connected with the Ground.
Being practical is mandatory with choosing Passion
