Established in 1981, Kranti Industries Ltd. is a leading precision machining company disrupting the Manufacturing industry with paramount prominence. It was a partnership firm founded by Late Shri Subhash Vora, which started its activity of Job Work for Various Diesel Engines Manufacturers with a small center lathe in 1981. Slowly and steadily, the firm’s concrete endeavors drove it to be a distinct precision machined component supplier offering Oil Engine & Tractor Components, and serving industries including Construction, EV, etc. Today, the firm has pulled in world renowned machining centers like Multi Axis, CNC Turning, VTL, HMCs and VMCs.
With close to four decades of experience in precision machining, currently Kranti has successfully placed the cornerstones of three units across Pune and a joint venture at Rajkot. Starting as a small machining unit, the firm has expanded its horizons to around 70000 Sq. ft. backed by state-of-the-art infrastructure. The firm stands tall in being a single source supplier to most of the world renowned OEMs in its respective industries.
In Feb 2019, the initial struggle and new-age business strategies has listed Kranti Industries Ltd. on the BSE – SME platform.

‘Kranti’ is all about Revolution and so was the belief of the Founder & Chief Promoter – Late Shri Subhash Vora. He had a vision to revolutionize every aspect of the business space, thereby showcasing the perfect example of an ideal business philosophy. He was a seasoned entrepreneur who had grit to convert every challenge into an opportunity and deliver quality solutions. His exemplary expertise in the field of machining played a pivotal role in giving him an extra edge over the competitors. After the demise of Subhash Vora in 2011, the dynamic duo of (his sons) Sachin Vora – Managing Director and Sumit Vora – Whole-time Director took charge of Company Affairs and quickly grasped the nuances to the new-age technology, thereby boosting the business operations and driving Kranti Industries to reach the zenith. Their combined efforts and expertise in machining are successfully empowering the firm to withstand the market complexities.

Sharing their future plans the duo asserted that, “We have a full-fledged ERP system since last 8 years. Looking ahead of future we have already taking steps in Industry 4.0 and have started online OEE and production monitoring system on some of our machines and have plans to implement this full-fledged across all the production lines in coming years. We have also Implemented Online & Realtime MIS reports available. So, the business KPI’s are monitored well.”
In the year 2019-20, the firm is planning to expand its business by establishing an additional factory premises in Pirangut, Pune as the 4th Unit to cater the increasing requirements of customers in the longer run.
