1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

The society engages and learns through the mode of communication. The creation of content thus becomes paramount in the endeavor of companies to reach out to their target audience. The more meaningful the content, the higher the chances of customer acquisition and retention.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

“Knowing that things could be worse should not stop us from trying to make them better.” – Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook CEO, Author. I always follows this quote. There’s nothing more empowering than a business woman in a high position that would traditionally belong to a male. Time passes by, more and more women entrepreneurs start rising and the opportunities available for all women keep appearing at higher and higher rates. Each woman have the ability, just keep eye on them and stand for yourself.

We have been working in the fields of design and animation for more than 15 years. UVA Studios has a team of enthusiastic artists who are united in their vision to provide creative solutions via the medium of design and animation for all industries. We take on even the most daunting of challenges. Some of our work has been utilised for activities ranging from marketing, branding and creating digital training material for staff and students.

I believe, if you have a passion naturally it’s being a practical because without practical passion won’t work.
