1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?
I believe Leadership has a great role in corporate culture. Every employee impacts an organization’s direction, but leadership has by far the largest and most direct effect on company culture, which revolves around employee engagement, environment, atmosphere and the success of the company and its clients. If an employee identifies with the culture, vision and values of the company they work for, they are more likely to feel satisfied in their work and motivated to succeed.
2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?
It is a great time to be a women entrepreneur. As a woman myself who started my own entrepreneurial journey from the scratch despite all the setbacks. I have enabled women entrepreneurs to achieve the same by imparting confidence and believing in themselves, to redefine themselves by having space to differentiate themselves, tell their unique stories, share their unique offerings, embrace their brands, build supportive communities, become thought leaders and grow their businesses.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?
I recognise the perceived gap between passion and practicality. It’s a gap between where we are today and devising and executing a practical plan to get where we want to be. Pursuing your passion—regardless of how big or small the leap from where you are today—requires crafting a compelling vision, successfully strategising, defining the right tactics, and getting into sustainable action. It is these steps—from vision to action—that put the practical into pursuing your passion.
