Having completed my post-graduation in pharmaceutical chemistry with 9GPA at Manipal University and after a short personal hiatus, today I am an administrative head of one startup company. LIPID MARKETING LLP.
Recently, I started my own business of HANNI’S brand beauty and personal care products under the company name JS GROUPS.
I have also published 2 articles related to anti-cancer drugs in IJPER.
What were the roadblocks or challenges you faced throughout your career? And how did you overcome them?
Challenges started right from college days when I had to overcome the language barrier as the first step to mingle around. I loved Chemistry and I am passionate about inventing new drug. I was very focused as a student working round the clock for my final year paper and projects. I wanted to pursue further studies but had to settle down with my household.
But not one to let her dreams go so easily, I worked hard again, picked up courage and slowly started working. Today I own a company, although it’s just the start, but results are good for my products…
What is your philosophy of efficient leadership?
You should work hard and have interest in what you are doing. These factors will automatically lead you towards success.
Do you think organizations must have a balanced gender ratio in leadership positions? Why?
Yes… women also can do everything equal to men.
What is your company/profession all about?
JS GROUPS is my company’s name. Putting my education as a pharmacist to use, I started this company to provide good and healthy products to my customers without any side effects.
I received an award for ‘Outstanding performance in pharmaceutical chemistry’ and also got ‘Fabulous business women award in 2020’ by FSIA.(Jaipur).
What is your vision for your company/yourself and your core values (for company)?
As a pharmacist, I want to take care of people. I want to provide good health to them and contribute towards making a healthy world.
Coming to values, my company will provide good quality and quantity of the products.
What are your future endeavors/objectives and where do you see yourself in the near future?
I’m trying to become a good business woman, not a big business woman.
