Prior to joining Klaus, she has been associated to prestigious organizations including Mastek, NeoIT, and Vista Info Systems. Having amassed expertise over two decades, Rajashree has been instrumental in building up an extensive training-cum-deployment model under Staffing Services alongside training fresh talents and building young teams.

Rajashree is an integral part of the Klaus core team, as she is a part of this Organization since its inception in 2011 and has witnessed the evolution of the entity from a count of 40 to over 1200 employees as on today’s date.Abiding by her one over-riding principle of ‘learning endlessly’ has helped her to setup small to large corporates in wide-ranging areas such as Human Resources, Finance, and Admin. Over a period of time, Rajashree has formulated numerous policies that have helped the organizations she has worked for by creating a positive work environment and a culture which imbibed equal opportunities for all. The results were evident through employee loyalty and higher productivity.
Elaborating on the unique business model embraced at Klaus, Rajashree asserts “Our business models are agile which gives our clients the comfort to work with us. We work on Staffing, Development and Testing activities. In her grit to take Klaus to the epitome of success, she aims to reach a headcount 2500 in the next two years with a continued focus on the latest technologies.
