Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and a former Trial Court Judge, Rishabh Gandhi is the Managing Partner at RGAA. An Advocate by profession, he is an Arbitrator and a Mediator associated with Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee of the Indian Supreme Court. He has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Pune University, wherein he efficaciously bagged a Gold Medal and a Fellowship from Maharashtra State Education Board. Further, pursuing a Diploma in Cyber Laws and a Post Graduate Diploma in IPR Laws has added an extra plus to his legal proficiency. His extraordinary academic and extracurricular performance was appreciated and felicitated by Hon’ble Vilasrao Deshmukh – former Chief Minister of Maharashtra.
He has a vast experience of reading Law at the chambers of Hon’ble Dr. D. Y. Chandrachud – former Bombay High Court Judge and Fox Mandal Little and Co., Mumbai. He has successfully stirred the positions of Junior Advocate at the Law Chambers of Karnik and Karnik Advocates and Associate Advocate at the J. S. Wad and Co. An academician at heart, he has been regularly visiting Department of Law – Savitribai Phule Pune University, ILS Law College, and D.E.S. (Fergusson) Law College in Pune, to ignite the young minds with the necessary lawful expertise.
Rishabh has presented and published research papers and articles on multifarious legal issues at various national and international Journals and Seminars. He is a Key member and associate of Pune Bar Association, Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture, Bhandarkar Institute of Oriental Research, Shri Mahavir Jain Vidyalaya and Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration. Being a panelist Judge for Jan Adalat at National Commission for Women plays a vital role in his success journey. He has been a Legal Advisor for companies belonging to diversified industries alongside advising venture capitalists on complex Private Equity transactions, led Mergers and Acquisitions, and conducted Corporate Restructuring of several companies.
Today, his exemplary knowledge in the fields of Arbitration and Civil & Commercial Litigation, along with the wide-ranging experience has given him an extra edge to evolve as a multifaceted persona.
