1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

Leadership according to me means leading by setting example. We all can be bosses but very few are the true leaders. Efficient leadership in corporate or for that matter any set up brings out the best for the growth of the team or the organisation as a whole. Effective and efficient leaders move ahead keeping in mind the opinion of his team members. The feedback is appreciated and there is positivity in the work environment.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

Women are the upcoming force across the world. Their contribution outside the domains of household can no longer go unnoticed. They are the force to reckon with. As globalization is breaking down the barriers that limited businesses by cultures, gender and geography, many partnership and trade agreements have been developed in an attempt to encourage global economic activity among women.

3. Tell us more about your Life Coaching consultation

I am a certified life coach and I help individuals lead their top-notch lifestyle by overcoming limiting beliefs they have about themselves. I work with their mindset and help them create positive habits.
I also, run a special product for women where I help them realise their true potential and to not give up on their dreams. Along with this, I am also a public speaker.

4. What are your vision and core values?

My core purpose us to help millions of people to create a better tomorrow and I want to do this through my impactful coaching and speaking and living a life of fulfilment, joy, happiness and abundance.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

I would choose following my passion. The reason being that I believe that when we follow our passion with full dedication nothing can stop us from achieving it. Practicality works out on its own. We have to believe in our passion and our capabilities to achieve it.
