  1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

Supportive: If you’re approachable and empathetic, then you’re probably a supportive leader. You show concern for employees, and you treat them with dignity and respect. Your employees, in turn, feel valued and cared for. In times of change, they trust you to help them manage uncertainty.
Participative: If you’re someone who works hard for buy-in by soliciting employee input, then you’re most definitely a participative leader.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

Women entrepreneurship is the process where women organise all the factors of production, undertake risks, and provide employment to others. The definition of women entrepreneurship has never been differentiated on the basis of sex and hence could be extended to women entrepreneurs without any restrictions

My passion is work. I will be choosing work and sometimes being practical in life situations. It depends on situation to situation.
